Whether you’re handling some of the planning yourself or just need expert guidance for the final weeks, our Mini Planner Package ensures your day runs seamlessly while staying true to your style.
What’s included:
On-the-Day Coordination: Vendor handover, rehearsal, full runsheet, and day-of management (9am–7pm).
Styling & Design: Moodboard creation, tablescape planning, quote sourcing, and full styling setup.

on the day co-ordination
This service is designed for couples who want to plan their own wedding, but hand over the reigns when the day arrives, so you can enjoy every moment with your loved ones. Our coordination service ensures that your months of planning run smoothly.
What is included:
Vendor communication - 8 weeks out from your date we take over all communication with vendors that you have booked. Ensure nothing has been missed when booking and that all vendors are aware of what’s required for your day.
Pre site visit – meet at the site/or we can call you in, to run through the plan for the day and discuss the floor plan.
Timelines – build a run sheet that will ensure that day is run professionally and to time.
Onsite - 9am -7pm plus 1 hour rehearsal the day prior.
